Steve Wolosky is Chairman of Longacre Square’s Advisory Board. Mr. Wolosky is available to provide strategic guidance to select clients of the firm when they are navigating special situations, including corporate governance disputes, mergers and acquisitions and other strategic matters. A pioneer in shareholder activism, Mr. Wolosky formed Olshan Frome Wolosky’s Shareholder Activism Practice more than 40 years ago.

Mr. Wolosky is regularly quoted as an industry expert in The Wall Street Journal, Reuters, Law360 and in other notable media publications discussing important trends in corporate governance, M&A and shareholder rights. He also lectures at corporate and securities law conferences and speaks on distinguished panels throughout the country. He has been cited for his preeminence in shareholder activism and corporate and securities matters. According to Chambers USA, “Steve’s depth of experience is incredible. He is able to navigate through the most complex board level negotiations with outstanding outcomes.”

Mr. Wolosky is a current director and former chairman of the Federal Law Enforcement Foundation, in addition to being Advisory Board Chairman and one of the members of Longacre Square Partners LLC. He received his J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and holds a B.A. from Brooklyn College of the City University of New York.
