Katie advises public company directors, executives, and senior investment professionals on a wide range of matters, including corporate governance, proxy contests, M&A, sustainability-related best practices and compensation issues.

Prior to joining Longacre Square, Katie spent several years at Heidrick & Struggles, a leading global executive search firm, where she served in the Global CEO and Board of Directors practice. There, Katie worked with both privately held and publicly traded companies with a focus on board director engagements. Her areas of focus included pre-IPO board build outs, diverse director searches, board effectiveness and succession planning for organizations in industries such as Technology, Private Equity, Financial Services, Industrial and Consumer globally.

Katie completed her B.A. in Government from Georgetown University.
