Greg is one of the managing members of Longacre Square Partners, a full-service consultancy that advises a global client base on corporate relations, crisis management, contested matters and special situations. As a senior partner, he works directly with the founders, c-level leaders and boards of directors of the firm’s corporate and investment management clients. He develops public and private engagement strategies for corporate governance issues, equity activist campaigns, litigations, M&A scenarios, restructurings and other material events.

In 2023, Greg and his colleagues represented investors and issuers in approximately 100 situations, helping deliver scores of value-enhancing outcomes. His practice’s track record of providing industry-leading investor relations and public relations services is consistently highlighted by Bloomberg LP. On an individual basis, he has been recognized by Business Insider as a top financial public relations consultant to CEOs and by Hedge Fund Alert as a leading advisor to active investors.

Previously, Greg held senior roles at internationally recognized consultancies. He began his career in Washington, D.C. in the federal government and, prior to that, earned a B.A. from the University of Maryland.
