Bela Kirpalani provides counsel to management teams, public company directors and senior investment professionals on corporate governance and shareholder engagement matters. She has significant experience developing strategic messaging and content for high-stakes proxy contests, crises and M&A transactions. She also specializes in proxy advisory firm engagement – including research and diligence, materials creation and preparation – for contested matters.

Bela previously worked as a journalist covering institutional investment at MandateWire, a Financial Times publication. She has worked with the founding partners of Longacre Square since 2020 and previously held positions of increasing seniority at Profile Advisors. Bela graduated with a B.A. in History from New York University.
