Andy Radia advises clients on public affairs, corporate governance and strategic communications matters. He brings deep expertise in these areas, with experience spanning capital markets, media and government. Most recently, he served as Principal Writer & Executive Director of Priority Planning at the Office of the Premier of Ontario.

Previously, Andy was at Kingsdale Advisors, a shareholder services and advisory firm, where he led communication strategies for shareholder activism campaigns, mergers and acquisitions and other special situations.
