Rebecca Kral is an accomplished communications advisor withover 15 years’ experience managing high-stakes litigation projects across multiple sectors, with a focus on complex corporate reputation management issues. Known for her strategic approach and ability to navigate intricate challenges and develop nuanced crisis responses, Rebecca advises senior executives and Boards on reputational risk, media engagement and stakeholder management to deliver practical, business-aligned solutions in high-pressure environments.

Prior to joining Longacre Square, Rebecca worked at Brunswick Group where she helped lead the global corporate activism defense practice and created new solutions to help corporate clients prepare for and defend against activist investors. She also worked at Edelman in its Financial Communications and Special Situations group and at D.F. King where she was a proxy solicitor focused on counseling activist investors launching proxy fights.
Rebecca has an MBA from NYU, Stern School of Business and a BA from Bucknell University. In addition to her client responsibilities, she also manages Longacre’s global operations function and its Dallas office.
