Greg Marose

Managing Partner

Greg is a founder of Longacre Square Partners, which represents both corporate issuers and platinum investment firms in high-stakes situations. He started the firm with his long-time partner, Dan Zacchei, based on the belief that the most impactful counsel and services are informed by a holistic understanding of public company dynamics and institutional shareholder perspectives. Today, the firm’s 50 professionals serve a diversified client base of leading corporations and global investors, including long-only fund managers, hedge fund managers and financial sponsors.

Since the firm’s founding, Greg has primarily focused on corporate governance matters, earnings cycles and investor days, litigations, regulatory matters, shareholder activism campaigns and strategic transactions. He applies governance acumen, finance expertise and shareholder engagement experience to all of his advisory assignments. In 2026 alone, he advised on Honeywell’s three-way separation, the merger of Paramount and Warner Bros. Discovery, the largest municipal bankruptcy in history and scores of shareholder activism campaigns.

Previously, Greg has been recognized as a top financial public relations consultant to CEOs by Business Insider and a leading advisor to funds by Hedge Fund Alert.

He began his career in Washington, D.C. in the federal government and, prior to that, earned a B.A. from the University of Maryland at College Park. He is based out of the firm’s Florida office, while also spending time working from the firm’s New York office.
