Miller Winston specializes in communications efforts across crises, special situations and transactions. She has worked on dozens of shareholder activism campaigns, with a focus on materials development and strategic positioning for both issuers and investors. She also manages communications programs for leading alternative asset managers, helping firms to build and establish their brands through message development, media engagement, thought leadership and executive positioning.
Prior to joining Longacre Square, Miller spent four years on the special situations team at Sloane & Company. She holds a B.A. in Journalism from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Ashley Areopagita advises clients across multiple industries on high stakes communications and investor relations matters, including shareholder activism campaigns, mergers & acquisitions, crisis management, executive changes and other special situations. Ashley has worked on numerous proxy contests and has significant experience advising corporations on strategic shareholder and media engagement when it comes to such.
Earlier in her career, Ashley held positions of increasing seniority at Profile Advisors and J.P. Morgan Wealth Management, where she specialized in internal and executive communications, corporate positioning and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives. Ashley holds a degree in Public Relations and Economics from Penn State University.
