Greg Marose is a strategic advisor and communications consultant to the founders, boards of directors and management teams of leading investment firms and public companies. He develops strategies and communications programs for corporate governance issues and proxy contests, litigations, restructurings, transactions and transformative events. In addition, he leads the firm’s mandates related to brand building, capital raises and fund launches.
Greg’s current clientele includes top alternative asset management firms, financial institutions and Fortune 500 companies. He frequently advises on critical issues such as board composition and governance policies, shareholder and proxy advisory firm engagement, and paths to driving enhanced financial and reputational value.
Previously, Greg has been recognized by Insider as a top financial public relations consultant to CEOs and by Hedge Fund Alert as a leading advisor to active investors. Prior to Longacre Square, he held senior roles at other nationally-recognized consultancies.
Greg began his career in Washington, D.C. in the federal government. He holds a B.A. from the University of Maryland.

Dan Zacchei advises boards of directors, management teams and senior investment professionals on high-stakes strategy and communications matters. He leads many of Longacre Square’s ongoing corporate mandates and special situations matters including contested and friendly M&A transactions, proxy fights, debt restructurings, governance issues, and large-scale crises.
He represents a range of public and private companies, including some of the world’s most high-profile brands. His clients also include dozens of institutional asset managers running hedge fund, private equity, credit and debt, and active strategies.
Dan was recently recognized by Insider as one of the top financial public relations professionals to CEOs. Prior to Longacre Square, Dan spent more than a decade at Sloane & Company, where he was President of the Special Situations Group.
Dan holds a B.A. from the College of the Holy Cross. He lives in Westchester with his wife and daughter.
